Role of PSPA
The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) plays a crucial role to improve the welfare of vulnerable groups in Punjab by designing, implementing and monitoring various social protection programs. It focuses on poverty alleviation through targeted financial assistance and social safety nets & verifies that disadvantaged communities receive the support they need.

Requirements for Punjab Social Protection Authority Jobs 2024
Qualification
- Software Engineer: A Master’s degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
- Program Manager (Senior): A Master’s degree or equivalent in fields such as Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Public Finance or Operations Research & Supply is essential.Â
- Data Analyst: A Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a relevant field is necessary.
Experience
- Software Engineer: Candidates should have at least 6 Years of post-qualification experience specifically in software development.
- Program Manager (Senior): A minimum of 10 Years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required.
- Data Analyst: A minimum of 03 Years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required.
Pay Package
- Program Manager (Senior): The pay package for these positions is set at Rs. 900,000 per month.
- Software Engineer / Data Analyst: The pay package for these positions is set at Rs. 325,000 per month.
