Qualification
Permanent Commissioned Officer:
The qualification requirements for the position include an FSc in one of the following streams: Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical or Computer Sciences.
Short Service Commissioned Officer:

Candidates must be between 16 and 22 Years old as of April 25, 2025.
Short Service Commissioned Officer

Physical Requirements
- Marital Status: Must be unmarried.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 16-22 years of age as of 25-April-2025.
- Training Period: A mandatory training period of 04 years.
- Vision: Must have 6/6 vision in each eye without glasses and should not be colorblind.
Stage 1 Shortlisting
Online Application Review: Once your online application is submitted, you will be invited for an initial screening test at the Air Force Selection and Recruitment Center.
Initial Screening Test: The screening test will include both an intelligence test and an academic test, as outlined in the advertisement.
Physical Test: Candidates who pass the written test will be required to undergo an initial physical test, which includes:
- Running: 1 mile in 08 minutes
- Pushups: 15 in 02 minutes
- Sit-Ups: 20 in 02 minutes
- Chin-Ups: 03 in 02 minutes
Medical Examination and Interview: Following the physical test, candidates will undergo an initial medical examination and an interview at the selection center.
Stage 2 Shortlisting
Issuance of ISSB Letters: Candidates who clear the initial selection phase will receive ISSB letters. These need to be completed and returned to the same selection center within 2-3 days.
ISSB Test Scheduling: Within 45 days, you will be scheduled for the ISSB test at one of the designated centers (Kohat, Malir, Gujranwala, Quetta).
ISSB Examination: The ISSB test will span 4 days, during which candidates will undergo various assessments.
Final Recommendation: At the end of the 4-day examination period, you will receive a recommendation based on your performance to determine whether you are recommended or not.
Final Process
- Medical Examination: Candidates who are recommended will need to complete a Final Medical Examination.
- Call Letters: Successful candidates, selected based on merit, will receive Final Call Letters for further instructions.
