Qualification
- Assistant Director / Assistant (Data Processing) / Assistant (Private Secretary):
The qualification requirements for these positions include a Master’s (MSc) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree in relevant subjects.
- Assistant /Â Data Entry Operator: A bachelor’s degree is required for these positions.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) /Â Steno Typist / Telephone Operator:
The qualification requirement for the position is an Intermediate level of education.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidates must have at least matric degree to be eligible.
- Dispatch Rider / Sanitary Worker / Naib Qasid:Â
Applicants are required to have minimum primary degree as qualification requirements.
Experience
- Assistant Director: Candidates should possess at least 03 Years of experience in administration, finance, and legal matters to be considered for the position.
- Assistant (Private Secretary): candidates must need a minimum shorthand speed of 100 words per minute (wpm) and a typing speed of 50 wpm.
- Steno Typist: The minimum required shorthand speed is 80 wpm, with a typing speed of 40 wpm.Â
- Data Entry Operator: Candidates should possess the ability to maintain a typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC):Â The minimum required typing speed of 30 wpm.
- Telephone Operator / Lift Operator: Candidates are required to posses 2 Years of experience is relevant field.
