Requirements for Pak Army Jobs 2024
Qualification
- Candidates must be in the 4th or final year of their MBBS program.
Experience
- No experience is required for this position.
Age
- Candidates must be between 20 and 26 years old as of 4-August-2024.
Physical Measurements
- Height: Minimum of 5’4’’
- Weight: Should align with the Body Mass Index (BMI) standards.
Qualification Process
- Preliminary Tests: Conducted at Army Selection and Recruitment Centers from 23rd to 27th September 2024.
- Physical Tests: Following preliminary screening, candidates will undergo physical tests including:
- 1.6 KM Running (8.5 Minutes)
- Sit Ups (15 in 2 Minutes)
- Chin Ups (3 in 2 Minutes)
- Pushups (15 in 2 Minutes)
- Ditch Crossing
- Preliminary Medical Test: Conducted at Army Selection and Recruitment Centers.
- Intelligence/Personality Tests: Shortlisted candidates will be notified for these tests at AS&RC, followed by an interview by GHQ.
- Final Medical Test and Interview: Final assessment phase.
- Final Selection: Candidates who pass all stages will be selected.
Rejection Policy
- Twice Rejected by ISSB: Candidates who have been twice rejected by the ISSB for Post Graduate Entry.
- Twice Screened Out by ISSB: Those who have been twice screened out by the ISSB.
- Medically Unfit: Individuals declared medically unfit by the Appeal Medical Board.
- Criminal Record: Candidates with any criminal record.
- Withdrawn from Armed Institutions: Those who have been withdrawn from any armed institution.
